Set up WhatsApp AI

Let an AI assistant answer customer questions on WhatsApp 24/7.

WhatsApp AI handles the repetitive questions ("Do you have this in red?" "What's your delivery fee?") so you can focus on real work. You can always read every conversation and jump in.

1. Open WhatsApp AI

   From the sidebar, click WhatsApp AI.

2. Link your WhatsApp number

   Click Link Phone and scan the QR code with the WhatsApp account you use for your store. This is the number customers will message.

3. Pick what the AI can do

   Toggle the abilities you want on: - Answer product questions — price, stock, descriptions. - Send order updates — confirmations, delivery status. - Take orders — let customers buy without leaving WhatsApp. - Hand off to you — pause the AI when a customer asks for a human.

4. Customize the voice

   Enter a short instruction like "Be warm and use Pidgin English" or "Stay formal and brief". The AI will follow it on every reply.

5. Activate

   Click Activate. The AI starts replying instantly. Check the conversation log to see what it's saying and step in any time.
