Send email and SMS campaigns

Reach your customers with bulk email or SMS messages.

Campaigns are how you reach customers in bulk. Use email for richer content and offers, SMS for short, time-sensitive messages.

1. Open Campaigns

   Go to Campaigns in the sidebar. At the top you'll see your allocated and purchased messaging credits, and stats cards for total campaigns, email campaigns and SMS campaigns.

2. Start a new campaign

   Click New Campaign. Choose the channel — Email or SMS — and give the campaign a clear name so you can find it later.

3. Pick your audience

   Select who receives the message: all customers, a segment, or a saved list. The recipient count updates as you choose.

4. Write the message

   For Email, fill in the subject and body. For SMS, write a concise message — keep an eye on character count. Use the Preview to check how it'll look before sending.

5. Send or schedule

   Pick Send now to go out immediately, or Schedule to pick a future date and time. Boombiz reserves the credits needed at send time.

6. Top up credits if you run out

   If you don't have enough credits, click Buy credits on the campaigns page. Once the wallet is funded, the campaign sends automatically.
