Manage stock and inventory

Adjust stock counts, track low-stock items, and keep your numbers accurate.

Accurate stock keeps you from overselling. Update it whenever you receive new shipments, count what's on the shelf, or notice damage.

1. Open the Inventory page

   From the sidebar, click Inventory. You'll see every product with its current stock count.

2. Find the product you want to update

   Use the search bar at the top, or scroll the list. Low-stock items are highlighted so they're easy to spot.

3. Adjust the stock count

   Click Adjust next to a product. Enter the new count, or use + and − to add or remove units. Add a short reason like "new shipment" or "damaged stock" so you remember later.

4. Save

   Click Save. Stock updates immediately on your storefront — if an item hits zero, it shows as Sold Out to customers.

5. Watch for low-stock alerts

   Set a low-stock threshold per product (e.g. 5 units). Boombiz will warn you on the dashboard before you run out.
