Bulk import products with a CSV

Add many products at once by uploading a spreadsheet.

The CSV importer is the fastest way to add an existing catalog. Always keep stock counts accurate so customers don't order items you can't fulfill.

1. Download the template

   On the Products page, click the ⋯ menu and choose Import CSV. Click Download template to get a sample file with the right columns.

2. Fill in your products

   Open the template in Excel or Google Sheets. Required columns:

   • name — product name
   • price — number, no currency symbol
   • stock — integer
   • category — optional, free text

   One row per product. Save as .csv.

3. Upload the file

   Back on the import dialog, click Choose file and pick your CSV. Boombiz shows a preview of the first 5 rows so you can spot mistakes.

4. Confirm and import

   Click Import. Any rows with errors are listed at the end — fix them in the CSV and re-import only those rows.
