Tag B2B buyers, build pricing tiers, and create bulk orders.
Wholesale is for selling in bulk on terms. Use it when you have repeat B2B buyers who need tiered pricing, MOQs, and credit.
- Open Wholesale
Go to Wholesale in the sidebar. The B2B dashboard shows bulk revenue, outstanding debt, your B2B customer count and a list of top customers.
- Tag your B2B customers
Click Tag B2B customers. For each customer, set the type — Retail, Wholesale or VIP — and define their credit limit and payment terms (e.g. Net 30).
- Build pricing tiers
Click Build pricing tiers. Pick a product and add tier rows: each row has a minimum order quantity (MOQ) and the per-unit price at that quantity. Wholesale customers see these prices automatically.
- Create a bulk order
Click New bulk order. Pick the customer, add line items, and Boombiz applies the right tier price based on quantity. Set the due date so credit terms can track overdue invoices.
- Record the payment
When the customer pays — fully or partially — open the order and record the payment with method (cash, transfer, cheque) and date. The order's status updates to Paid, Partial or stays Unpaid.
- Bring on a sales agent (optional)
Click Sales agents to add reps with commission rates. Their bulk orders are tracked under their name so you can pay commissions accurately.
