Create customer groups

Group customers for targeted discounts, campaigns, and wholesale pricing.

Groups let you treat your best customers differently — special prices, early access to new products, or thank-you messages.

1. Open Customer Groups

   From the sidebar, click Customers, then Groups.

2. Create a new group

   Click New Group and give it a name like "VIPs", "Wholesale buyers", or "Lagos customers".

3. Add customers to the group

   Pick customers from your list, or set a rule (e.g. "spent more than ₦50,000"). Boombiz will keep the group updated as customers match the rule.

4. Use the group

   Once saved, you can send the group an email or SMS campaign, give them a coupon, or unlock wholesale pricing.
